I've always been fascinated by cinema. The ability that someone has to distribute a message is endless when you're behind the camera, and discovering new methods of communication is fascinating. The world is ever-evolving and that includes the universe that is digital marketing. 

I enjoy the challenge of competition. Not only are you competing with other digital marketers but in a rare confrontation, you compete with the medium itself. Film and social media is constantly putting up walls restricting what you can do. It's a fight to remain relevant, to remain consistent, but also to grow. 

It's not about works and what doesn't.
It's about what works and what works better.

Capturing educational and entertaining content and ensuring brand consistency and quality consistency. Don't allow your content to fight itself. Let it work together for you.

You have the ability to measure almost anything, but what should you measure? Finding the right analytics for your bottom line takes research, and it might be my favorite part of what I do.

REPUTATION MANAGEMENT

Ensuring that the right reviews get posted to the right places, and the poor reviews get managed. It's not about silencing the critics; it's about aiming their reviews in the right direction.

Most important part of the process: celebrate the small victories as much as the big ones. Build upon small victories, rinse, and repeat.
